What Personal Data Will Be Collected (referred to as “Personal Data”):

When subscribing to the BIG SHOTS newsletter on https://bigshots-vr.com, we will collect and store your email address.
When using our Game, we will store your in-game player name and your User account ID generated by and received from the VR platform of your choice (e.g. on Meta, we will store your Meta User ID).
In case of an error while using our Game, we may collect error logs that include your User ID, device model and vendor, operating system version, current configuration of the Game, time, date and regional information linked to the game-play session causing the error and other game-play related statistics at that time such as current Mech weapons, weapon upgrades, number of killed enemies and health.
Although the game collects game-play statistics, these statistics do not contain any Personal Data other than game-play related statistics such as current Mech weapons, weapon upgrades, number of killed enemies and health.

If the VR platform supports it, the Game may use VR platform supplied User Age Group information to disable certain in-game features such as Voice Chat if required to do so by Law.
